Opis produktu
ASTM A269 TP321 High-Frequency Welded Finned Tube for Waste Heat Boilers

ASTM A269 TP321 High-Frequency Welded Finned Tubes are engineered for waste heat recovery systems requiring excellent high-temperature performance, oxidation resistance, and long-term structural stability. Manufactured by high-frequency resistance welding technology, the fins are firmly welded onto the tube surface, ensuring efficient heat transfer and excellent mechanical strength under demanding operating conditions.

The TP321 stainless steel base tube contains titanium stabilization, providing improved resistance to intergranular corrosion after exposure to high temperatures. Compared with conventional stainless steels such as TP304, TP321 offers enhanced thermal stability and is widely selected for high-temperature heat recovery equipment in chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial furnace applications.

These finned tubes are suitable for environments involving hot exhaust gases, thermal cycling, and continuous operation, making them an ideal heat transfer solution for waste heat boilers and related energy recovery systems.

Common Applications

ASTM A269 TP321 High-Frequency Welded Finned Tubes are commonly used in:

  • Waste heat boilers
  • Industrial furnace heat recovery systems
  • Petrochemical process heaters
  • Ethylene cracking furnace convection sections
  • Refinery exhaust gas heat recovery units
  • Chemical plant heat recovery equipment
  • High-temperature air preheaters
  • Energy-saving heat exchanger systems
  • Industrial exhaust gas cooling systems

Product Features
High Temperature Performance

TP321 stainless steel provides excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, making it suitable for high-temperature waste gas recovery applications.

Strong Fin-to-Tube Bond

High-frequency welding creates a strong metallurgical bond between the fin and tube, improving heat transfer efficiency and preventing fin loosening during thermal expansion and vibration.

Corrosion Resistance

The titanium-stabilized structure of TP321 improves resistance to chromium carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion during prolonged high-temperature service.

Long Service Life

The combination of stainless steel construction and welded fin technology provides reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
